The Rapid Review Imaging System (RRIS) is a state-of-the-art time saving tool. X-ray quality is paramount to dental claim reviewers since poor quality images cause pending of claims for additional information, which slows processing and significantly reduces profitability.

First and foremost, digitize if you haven't already! The RRIS will convert any x-ray to a high-resolution digital image and will enhance any features that are difficult to make out. One-Click Capture

Ease of use was imperative to us when we set out to design the Rapid Review Imaging System. One click is all that's required to enhance an existing x-ray and set off a high-tech chain of improvements. The user simply puts an x-ray on the RRIS light bed and clicks 'capture.' The machine then analyzes the target and determines all of the optimal camera and lens settings, self-adjusting along the way to create matchless digital images.

P&R engineers built the RRIS with sophisticated, non-linear algorithms that go to work after the user clicks "capture" to perform a dynamic enhancement that produces the clearest possible diagnostic results.

Multi-Function Capabilities

The preview window lets you see your captured image immediately. P&R’s Rapid Review Imaging System works with any size x-ray, mounted or unmounted. It will even read and capture names and dates on x-ray mounts and envelopes. The RRIS will digitize photos and paper documents in color, or black and white. It can also support barcode scanning technology for even faster processing.

File Saving and Storage

Save multiple x-rays in one file or multiple individual files. Automatic cropping will save time and storage space. Files may be stored locally or over a LAN. Filename conventions are customizable and auto-incremental when capturing multiple files within one claim. Batch processing support is also available. P&R Dental Strategies supplies off-site archiving of your files with web-based, on-demand access within a fully HIPAA compliant and easy-to-use network.
